§ 01 — Background

'RHETT' was born in Puerto Rico some time in 2002, making him around 23 years old. He was recruited to Monarch after an attack on the island's capital city, San Juan, by TITANUS ███████. After years aiding in recovery efforts, 'RHETT' was promoted to field operative and transferred to MONARCH OUTPOST 54 - CASTLE BRAVO. He was deployed to Boston after the Battle of Boston and remained there for █ years before being transferred back to MONARCH OUTPOST 54 - CASTLE BRAVO, where he remains to this day.
